Looks like I am able to complete my online check in on February 21 for a May 22 Cruise (87 days out I think) and was curious what the earliest PAT I'm likely looking at if anyone has a clue.

Thanks!

It's quite likely the earliest Port Arrival Time window will still be available (10:30). Or not. No way of saying for sure.

I forgot it switched to 10:30....We're planning a Cape May breakfast the day we board and will be driving in ourselves so curious what time I should make my ADR. We will want to board early for sure so maybe a 7:30 ADR and an 11 am PAT might work. I don't know if I would feel comfortable any earlier than that

Assuming we have the car loaded and are checked out the resort...an hour for breakfast (7:30 - 8:30), hour 15 for the drive (9 - 10:30), drop off rental car and board some time before 11:30

Just a note - Port Arrival Time is not when you will be boarding. Actual boarding doesn't begin until around 11:30. But could be later (our EBTA didn't start until 12:20).

When you check in you receive a boarding number. This number is tied to your PAT. Once boarding begins, Concierge boards first, followed by Platinum Castaway Club members. Then they start calling boarding numbers.

Once the boarding number being announced for boarding catches up with the number being issued at check in, Open Boarding is called. Anyone holding any boarding number may board. This typically happens around 12:30-12:45.

I suggest skipping an expensive and potentially rushed breakfast at Cape May prior to boarding. Instead, have a light breakfast, then enjoy a big lunch as soon as you board.

I remember lamb chops were on the Fantasy lunch buffet when we boarded. I probably would not have enjoyed them if I was stuffed from a big breakfast.
