Earliest Disney shuttle from MCO?

Does anyone know? I want to be on the first shuttle if at all possible!

I believe, but could be wrong, that the first shuttle was at about 9:30am and we were on it!! We arrived at the port about 10:30 or so and were about the 10th family in line.
