I know the Earl of Sandwich is included on the DDP but what exactly do you get for a quick service credit? It is one of our favourite places to go, so I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out with my question.

I think it depends on what day it is, who's working, how the stars are aligned, and whether or not you happen to be wearing blue. Seriously, it varies. I've read of people getting the whole shebang: sandwich, drink, snack and dessert. Even salads instead of chips. When I was there, it was only sandwich, drink and dessert, no option for chips or anything snackish. I would say plan on getting the sandwich and either the snack or dessert, and if you get both consider it another Disney miracle.
