Earl of sandwich very very good for the money. The few pool days we had at the POP I took the bus to PI just to have a sandwich here. How can anyone eat the slop the serve over at POP is beyond me. I would have taken a bus a boat and even walk just to eat else where. Earl was awesome...considering the price.!!

We had sandwiches there 2 weeks ago while out of town family was visiting and it was very good! A great bargain too!

I agree!! I went there with my wife, but I wasnt really hungry and nothing on the menu jumped out at me. So I just orderd a soda. Well when my wife started eating her sandwich, she made the mistake of giving me a bite. I wound up eating most of it!! ;)
Needless to say, it was very good!! ::yes::

OK I've had it,, where is the FAQ that tells me all the abbrevations????

what is POP?

Will be at Downtown Disney tomorrow for the Masters of Arts Festival,, thinking about Earl of Sandwich for lunch.

POP is the POP Century resort - WDW's newest value resort.

Festival of the Masters was just getting underway when we were downtown yesterday. You'll really enjoy it! And we grabbed sandwiches to eat at the airport from Earl of Sandwich - a great choice!!! And good value too (not something you hear too often in WDW).

Having moved to Florida 7 years ago and living only two hours away from DW we have been the festival almost every year... It also coincides with the Epcot wine and food festival month from Oct 14 to Nov 14 this year. Won't get a chance to do that this year.. Thanks for the review on EOS,,, will definitly be having a sandwich there.

Oh, and considering the price of a pro football or baseball game and food there, I consider almost anything at WDW a GOOD value, even if it is expensive.

My sister, neice and I had lunch there last week. The sandwiches I had was one of the best I have ever eaten: fresh and the roll was unbelievably good.
Best of all was the Earl Gray Lemonade: tea infused with lemon. I do not like anything with lemons but this was exceptionally good.

You can find one list on All Ears Net

There are others but they all have basically the same information.

Thanks, suzannews. I think we'll have to check it out on our upcoming trip. ::yes::

I agree too. We didn't know what to get so we got three sandwiches and shared. We liked the "italian" grinder one (don't remember the name) and the meatball one. The bread was awesome and fresh! We didn't like the roast beef one too much. The price was awesome too! Wish we could have ate there everyday and try all the sandwiches. Wish they had a chain up north too!

Oh, I wish I had time to try them all!
My DH got the original which was roast beef, cheddar and horseradish sauce and it was absolutely delciious!
I shared the frenchy with my dd, country ham, brie and dijonnaise. Yummy too but the roast beef was better.

I was there this weekend and I really liked the kids peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I don't think it's on the menu but one of the employes out front told us about it and my daughter got one and I ate most of it. They serve it warm, not to may places serve a warm pb&j and it was great!

I got an Earl's Club today, it was turkey, bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato (I skipped the sandwich sauce) and it was great.

This place is on my list to try in Feb. Any more recomendations on their sandwhiches? Should we try the roastbeef or turkey??
