eagle pointe villa rental

I found a pool home in eagle pointe that I am thinking about renting. Does anyone have any info on this area? How far is it to Disney? Is it a good or bad area?

We stayed at Eagle Point a few weeks ago - it's a nice area! It's about 4 1/2 miles off 192 so you're close to restaurants, stores, etc. It took us 10 minutes or so to get to WDW - just long enough so the kids would fall asleep in the car on the way home, lol. It's a "typical" houseing development - similar houses, private pools, nice streets, sidewalks, etc. It was our first time renting a house and we'd DEFINITELY do it again. We used Elite Vacation Homes and have nothing but praise for them. Their office is right on 192 so everything was very easy to get to.
