Each Disney Park Symbol or Iconic Image?

Just curious...when you think of each Disney Park, what image pops into your head?

I'm guessing, but I think for most people the first thing that pops into your mind are the following:

Magic Kingdom - Cinderella's Castle.
Epcot - the "ball" (Spaceship Earth).
Animal Kingdom - the "tree" (Tree Of Life).

My other question is the following...what is it for Hollywood Studios? It used to be the Sorcerer's Hat, but now that it's gone, what's left?

Disney is using both the Earful Tower and Tower of Terror as the icon now,but word is the Earful Tower is going bye-bye.:)

ToT was used on the WDW Christmas ornaments in 2015.

It is now Tower of Terror or, more aptly, the "Hollywood Tower Hotel" as it shows on the outside of the building and the merchandise. I wonder though if it will change again once the park finishes its transformation.

Timely question. Just two days ago we were having a dinner conversation about all the changes that we will see when we go to DHS in April after the "great purge" of April 3. I mentioned to my wife that the Hat was gone, and she was quite surprised, as she considered that to be the iconic structure in line with the topic of this thread. So then my daughter chimed in: "Well, that's not too bad, because I always considered the Earful Tower to be the iconic image." Then I broke it to her that the water tower was on the endangered species list. She was livid!!!

TOT doesn't exactly scream out "HOLLYWOOD" to me, but it's my second favorite attraction on property so I'm cool with it, :earsboy:

I still think of the earful tower even though it's going soon. That's always the icon for me though. Some of that might be from always seeing it at the end of MMC growing up though and that being the icon when I first went there as a kid

I think the intent was for it to be the Chinese Theatre, however I think that ToT has become the iconic image of DHS.

DHS is always just a blank space in my head. I'm too young to have the theater cemented in my mind, and too old to have developed fondness for the hat before recognizing the outrage that surrounded it. DHS has always felt like this hodgepodge of attractions without any solidified identity to unite them--- the Hollywood theme never really hit the mark for me. ToT is awesome, but seems odd as an icon for the park. The castle, Spaceship Earth, and the Tree of Life are unique and emblematic of their respective parks' personas. They each seem to represent an elevated sense of purpose, at that: the timeless innocence of fantasy, the wonder of the future, the unity of all creatures great and small. I can't make the stretch to ascribe anything so lofty to DHS or any of its icons over the years.

That said, I'm very interested in the name change and to see what new identity it might carve for itself in upcoming years. It deserves a solid theme and an inspiring icon of its own.
