EA lost card

Hi,
I have misplaced my EA card and was wondering whether or not to apply for another. Has this happen to anyone else before.?? Any advice would be great!

Yep, we've had ours replaced. But...we also just got our new card in the mail today - due to National updating their program - so you may want to wait and see if you get your new card soon.

I also received a new card in Saturday's mail. Still waiting to see if DW receives a new card for her membership. The new program starts April 19th.

What's EA?

EA = Emerald Aisle. This is a feature of National's program where Emerald Club members can make reservations that bypass the rental counter. You book an intermediate class car and select your rental from the EA. You may get an upgrade (full size, SUV, etc.) if one is available on the EA, but you are assured of at least an intermediate class car. Emerald Club benefits are described here.
