Now that I have started exercising, I am wondering about my WW activity points.
Anyone want to share what they enter for their workout? I did the moderate workout (Day 1 of the 30 day challenge). I am also interested in values if I select the low or high intensity workout.
Today I simply entered 30 minutes of a moderate workout but I am wondering if that is what others do as well.
