E-Z Pass in Orlando area?

Anyone know offhand if the toll roads in and around Orlando take EZ Pass?

They have a transponder system BUT they don't use the same EZPASS that's used in the NE.

They don't even have single system that works in all the toll road in FL.

Anyone know if it is worth it to get the Fast Lane/Ez pass to drive from Boston to Orlando. It cost $27.50 for the transponder here in Boston and then with the additional cost of the tolls , I wasn't sure if the money was worth not having to stop at the tolls!! Any ideas?
