E-Tickets problem printing ..

Hi All
I'm having problems printing my e tickets as when they print the font is so miniscule i can't read the ticket!!
I have looked at the fonts and anything else I print, prints fine.
Anyone else had this problem recently??

i'll ring them tomorrow and see if taking just the booking number will suffice!

Not sure what company you are talking about, but I have had very small writing print out for Virgin E tickets and Ryanair too and as long as you can see the reference number you will be fine.

If anyone else knows how to stop this happening I would be grateful too. Maybe it is set at their end and we cannot stop it.

Do you use Internet Explorer 7 by any chance? There's a setting in this version that is turned on by default, where if what you want to print is too wide, IE will reduce everything so it does all fit on one sheet of paper - of course, making the text incredibly small in the process.

One way round it is to try and print landscape and see if it comes out any bigger. There are a couple of other settings you can change, but I can't remember what they are to hand (I originally came across this problem at work and I'm at home at the moment).
