E-tickets (not the rides!) from Tickets At Work

I have a friend that is purchasing e-tickets from Tickets At Work, He was told that all he needed to do is to take the confirmation e-mail straight to the turn styles and show it to the CM. They would then issue him his physical tickets.

I'm skeptical that the CMs at the turn styles would have the time or the media available to do this. But my friend has read in more than than one place that the above is correct. Is it? Any help here will be greatly appreciated.

There are customer service CMs right outside the turnstiles.

As a follow-up, can my friend just go to the DTD customer service window and get his media there? He has plans to visit there the day they get in. It would be great to have the media all taken care of before they hit the parks the next day.

Yes, DTD Guest Relations can do anything with tickets.
