E-tickets in hand - go straight to turnstiles?

We purchased hoppers through DH's workplace. We received links to e-tickets, with barcodes. It says "proceed directly to a park entrance". Does that mean we can have our e-tickets scanned from our smartphones directly at the turnstiles? If so, how does it work for FPs?

Yes, take them to the turnstiles and they will give you a paper ticket in exchange, which is what you will use to get FP's. HAVE FUN!

I think it might be easier and faster at the gates to have already printed out the e-tickets than have to use your cell phone for each ticket and hold up the line behind you. But yes, you go directly to the gate!
