E-tickets from your printer - NO EXCHANGE!

We had a new CC (account info was stolen when a stores computer system was hacked) when we picked upour tickets. We did not have a problem using the kiosk

If you just bring your confirmation with photo ID, you can get your tickets even if there is a problem with your credit card.

If you know the name you ordered the tickets under, you can still pick them up at the Guest Services window. Make sure the person who ordered the tickets has picture ID and is there to pick them up.
