E rewards Opinion panel

E-Rewards is probably the best program out there. You can choose your own rewards, anything from hotel points and airline miles, to gift cards, to magazines.

I have been sent BIG packs of baby wipes, diapers to try, sunscreen...generally get about a 10.00 reward on top of the free goods.

To the posters who have mentioned that they're stuck with one company's rewards (Delta, I think) the company in question is E-miles. This program is from either an airline or hotel chain, and those points earned can only be redeemed for that particular program.

If you do get an invite from E-Rewards, do take them up on it. I've earned over 30,000 hilton points from this alone. 100 e-reward bucks equals 7000 hilton points.

Dh and I just got this yesterday from Southwest. So I can sign both of us up at our different e mail addresses?

And the "cash" they give you, is that just to "buy" gift cards etc. if that is an option.

I know our one ds loves American Eagle so I would like to do that for him and maybe the southwest points for dh? Is this doable etc?

Ok, I have a stupid question. I read where the pp said something about cashing out 4 times a year. Is that how it works or do you cash out when you want or when you get to a certain # of points or can you keep building up points for as long as you want. I just started this program a couple of weeks ago and am just curios about how it works. I had only gotten a survey for a $1 or maybe $1.50, yesterday, i had a survey that said it was worth $13, i couldn't believe it, and, I actually qualified and completed it. Of course, I hadn't been credited for it yet, but I have my eye on it.

I started doing e-rewards in July & I love it - I've already earned 4000 Southwest Rapid Rewards points. I'm not sure what the PP meant about only cashing out 4 times a year? Maybe it varies with who you signed up through, but I am able to cash my e-rewards dollars in once a month, not once a quarter (and I was invited by Southwest).

Yes the "cash" is not real money - you have a choice of a list of companies. I didn't realize until reading this thread that some people get different options, but all of my choices are travel related - airlines, hotels & rental car companies - and you either earn gift cards/vouchers or points towards that company's frequent user program. And I don't have to choose the same one each time (although I always do!).

You can cash out whenever you want, or have enough points. Watch the expire dates for the points, some often expire as you approach your anniversary dates. I used to love the Target gift cards, now that they are gone I usually cash out for iTunes or Starbucks gift cards. The $$ value for the surveys is very high but so are the $$ for the rewards; $145 for a $50 Starbucks gift card but it is free money.

I do e-rewards and always cash out for Southwest points. Between running all the expenses we can through our Southwest credit cards and a few other rewards sites that do miles, my husband and I are averaging around four free flights a year. That really helps a lot with our Disney budgeting!
