Hi,
It's been a while since we've been to Disney. Do they still offer e-nights? The last time we went is was wonderful.

Yes, they still have enights. You can find a link to them under theme parks on this site. First time we went, it was great...no crowds at all. Since them, too crowded. I think it's a hit or miss type of thing. Good luck.

We did 2 E Ride nights when we were there on a Tuesday and a Friday in June. The Tuesday was more crowed than the Friday. I don't know if it's a typical pattern or not. On Friday we waited 5 minutes for Astro Orbitors - I had never been on it before because of the lines. We kept going on Buzz Lightyear and Splash Mountain over and over with no wait.

My guess is that the majority of visitors are Saturday to Saturday and don't want to stay up late before they travel, or maybe they're too tired by the end of the vacation. I know our feet were killing us by the end of our week.

E Ride rules!!!

What is the longest you have had to wait in line during e-night?

Has anyone had the experience that e-night was so busy, they didn't feel they had gotten their money's worth?

I'd say we've done E-nites about 6 times, 2 in February, 2 in March, and 2 in July, and we've flat out left 3 of them due to overwhelming crowds. However, I can't figure out any type of pattern of when one will be crowded or not. I think it's hit or miss.

We have done three of them and all have been very good, in all three we went during the weekday offering, and the last was July 1st of this month and found it to be very quick on most of the rides.

I've been to 4 E Nights and loved them all. We did one during each of the following months : Jan, Feb, May and July. I don't think we ever waited longer than 10 min for anything and most times it was walk-on.

OK, I think I've finally figured out the E-nite crowd pattern: the E-Nite will be unusually crowded any time my family is there. So I'll warn y'all when we plan to be there, so you'll know.

Warning: Our next E-Nite will likely be in April 2004, assuming they have them.

We were at E-night on a Tuesday in late June and it was really crowded!
In June 2002 we found E-night very enjoyable, but this year it was way overcrowded (we were there a week earlier last June).
If I had known that it would be so crowded we would have skipped it this year.

When you buy your tickets, will it be possible to find out how many they've sold so far? Then you can wait till last minute and have some idea of the crowds before you buy?

We did E-night on Friday, June 20, this year. The park closing time was 7pm. The MK crowds were very light that afternoon and evening and the E-night from 7 to 10 was great. We visited MK the next Tuesday and the park was very crowded; we didn't do E-night that day, but we were in the park until closing (10pm).

Jdaa1--The waits on our most recent visit (June 20) were 10 minutes or less. We have done 5 or 6 e-nights. One of them was very crowded and we regretted doing it; wait times were 20 minutes or longer for the rides AND e-night ended at 1am. Most of the e-nights we have done had wait times of around 10 minutes for the rides; there was one visit that was in between (maybe 10 to 15 minute waits). You are taking a chance, but the odds of getting a good night seem to be better than flipping a coin (except in Command's case).
