Now that our boys are older (7 and 9), we finally tried the e-nights at the MK (Aug. 9 and 11) and truly enjoyed the pace of the evening.

After our 3-hour nap, we arrived at the park about 8 p.m., enjoyed a few non e-night attractions, had a late dinner, acquired our wrist bands, watched wishes and then experienced the eight e-night attractions with minimal waits.

It was great to be able to do all the major attractions at the MK without the glaring heat of the August sun and the inevitable daytime downpours.

We also did e-ride nights for the first time in June. I can't even begin to tell everyone how wonderful it was! We decided that it has to become a tradition now! ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo

My family has always enjoyed e nights. It is nice to not feel like you have to stay at the park all day. We usually go to MK around 5 or so. We have been there until 2:30. A few of us from Fort Wilderness got stranded and they sent a special bus at 2:30 am for us. I would not miss it, it is so nice to go from one to another attraction with no waits... definitely for older kids though, because only certain attractions are open. the extra cost is worth it, it's cooler and less crowded...a nice end to a day. a family favorite!

We did E-Night on August 6, 2004 and it was our first time doing it. We really enjoyed it. We got great seats for Spectro Magic at 9:00pm, they were at the end of the parade route. We didnt have to worry about fighting crowds back to the boat so it worked out great. We watched Wishes at a nice area in Liberty Square. E-Night will be on my list of things to do for our next trip.

We have always enjoyed e ride nights. Actually did three on our trip last month. They really allowed us to spend our days doing lots of activities that we normally wouldn't have time to do. The only killer was when they started at 11pm and went until 2am. ::MickeyMo

::yes:: I agree:)
We tried it for the first time on Aug. 6 & 9. I could not believe how empty the park felt and how nice it was to walk right onto the rides. It was a lot of fun.

Can I do this if I just have a one day ticket for the MK? How much does the ticket for e-ride nights cost?

We've never done this before.....my interest has been sparked by this thread.

Thanks,
Missy

E-night tickets are around $12.00 and can be purchased by Disney resort guests at their hotel.
The last E-night for this year was supposed to be August 13 but Hurricane Charley changed that. The only E-nights now are in June, July and August.
