E Night???

What exactly is an E Night? I saw it posted in a few different places and it appears to be a special time where the lines are very small...can anyone tell me about that??

E-nights occur when the park stays open for 3 hours after the normal closing time. It is a ticketed event. I think the cost is $12. Only the major attractions are open (Fantasyland is closed).
They are not offered that often, usually when Disney is expecting large crowds and only 1-2 times a week. You must have used your PH for entrance during the day and I think, (correct me if I'm wrong) you must be staying at a WDW resort or DtD resort.

My question is, have they come out with any Sept. e-nights yet. I know they don't usually have them in Sept., but I thought with the FTP they mya have scheduled 1 or 2.
