Sign-up with what airline you want to earn miles with and they will send e-mails to view advertiser messages and after you answer a few questions (usually 1 page) they credit you with mileage. I got 100 points for signing up and now have 320 miles from answering their screening questions. When you get 500 miles they transfer it to your airline account.

Wow, thanks for the link! I signed up and completed the introductory questions and I already have 295 skymiles! I'm always looking for new ways to get skymiles. Gotta luv free air fare!
