Is there an email address for room request at AOA or do you have to fax? I dont have a fax machine.

If a fax is the only way please provide it I will try to track a machine down Thanx ~Chesney

I believe the resorts stopped taking fax requests several years ago. The best way to make a request is to call CRO and have it added to your reservation. Good Luck!

There are no published e-mail addresses for Disney resorts, and as Mousemommy1 said, the resorts no longer accept faxes. To add requests to your reservation, call 407-WDISNEY.

Thank-you so much I've been going for 10 yrs. and never made a specific request just my luck the 1 time I have one they dont except them! LOL

Have your requests attached to your reservation. Also, you will be given a chance during the on-line check-in process to make requests.

I did on-line check in and the only request I was found was for a pack n play. did I miss another section?

I made my requests over phone at time of booking. it shows up on my confirmation.......call 407-WDISNEY.

Actually i think this is the preferred method for better results. I do hear of online checkin requests being met. But maybe planners see the confirmation before online checkins.


Was told by 2 relatives, who work there, that when they did take fax, a few yrs back, they got so many. Eventually they stopped even reading them and just threw in trash. Planners had already assigned rooms before everyone would fax their requests a day or 2 ahead.
