Just came back from 5 nights at POR ( we were there in December 04 and once before) and unfortunately had a problem with smoke smelling room. We had a king non smoking room and asked for water view. We got that but also got an awfull smoke smell from prior guest. We had housekeeping spray but the smoke smell was just too much for a quick deodorizing. We then changed rooms, no water views left. The new room had a very noisy fan but it was fixed in a few hours. Just a little more annoince, bus leaving from EPCOT hit a fence and we had to stay on it for nearly an hour until someone came to inspect bus, check if anyone was hurt and got a new bus to trnasfer too.
I have several snail mail addresses but was looking for an e-mail address I could use to express some dis-satisfaction.
Trip certainly was not ruined but not our typical experience with WDW.
