E-mail from someone claiming I sold them a camera on Ebay?

2 were called highjacked (1 registry value, 1 registry data)
3 were disabled security (that sounds pretty scary to me, all registry data)
and 1 was Rougue- registry value
I don't know what any of this means
It makes me NEVER want to buy anything on the computer ever again.

Since you did have something on your computer, I suggest you do a bit more to be sure you are cleaned up completely. Read through these links and follow the advice. You also might want to post on the forums at this site asking for help to be sure you are clean now.
