E-Mail Confirmations

Anyone ever get an email confirmation for a ressie booked with CRO??

Never heard of anyone getting an e-mail confirmation. If you book through CRO you should receive a confirmation in the mail within two weeks or so.

After a problem with an incorrect confirmation letter I tried to get guest services to e-mail me a confirmation,or at least an acknowledgement that they were aware of an error on my reservation and that it had been fixed. They said they could not do so and I would have to wait for a corrected confirmation letter in the mail. Luckily it only took 3 days to receive the new letter.

I was actually watching for a mail from them too, especially since they are now taking and confirming e-mail addresses on the phone at CRO. I had a deposit due today, and last time I got an e-mail a few days before but didn't this time.

Got through very quickly this morning - girl seemed kind of nervous, but I was doing simple things (paying a deposit, giving ME flight info) and went easy.

That's actually one of the things I love about making a rez at the Dolphin or Swan.

When I made my last wdw resort rez, it took almost a month and several phone calls to get a confirmation. When I made a Dolphin rez two weeks ago, I had an e-mail confirmation before I even hung up the phone.

I did not receive an email confirmation but did recieve and email reminding me to make my deposit last week. This was the first time I ever got an email regarding depost or reservation.
