Does anyone know the e-mail address for RPR? I wanted to e-mail a room request. I assume that's the best way to go about a room request.

Thanks, Jessica. I did call today and give them a room request and a Loews First #. I figure that a back-up fax or e-mail would be good. When we went a year and a half ago we stayed at HRH and had some problems. We were told when making that reservation that in order to get connecting rooms that we needed to get deluxe rooms. We bit the bullet and got two deluxe rooms since there are 6 in our family. When we checked in we didn't get the view we were supposed to and were told that it was because there was a limited supply of deluxe, connecting rooms and that most of the connecting rooms were standard rooms. Needless to say we weren't too happy about the extra $ that we'd spent on the deluxe rooms since 2 standard rooms would have been plenty of space for our family. Bottom line is that I want this vacation to go as smoothly as possible. A great view and the Loews cookies and milk will help...

Just curious. What room are you requesting and why? We'll be there in 2 weeks and wondered if there was something special I should ask for.

We're asking for Tower 3 (I think, I don't have my paper in front of me) and towards the end of a hall so we won't have too many people walking by.

Last year when I went I snail mailed a letter to RPR. We ended up with an incredible upgrade. I would do that if you still have time.

Thanks, Debbie, we did have fun. I ended up just calling my request in and it was noted on arrival. We got just what we wanted and it was very nice!
