I really tried to do a search for this, but try putting the word elf into a search around this time of year!!!

Has anyone tried their makeup (eyeslipsface.com)? It is very inexpensive and looks quite similar to bare essentuas which is what I use.

Thanks - Lori

I did NOT like the concealer or foundation at all. I found it to go on streaky and it was hard to blend. I also wasn't impressed with the shade selections - very orange on my skin and the fragrance was not something I enjoyed.

Eyeshadow was fine and I'd buy it again.

Mascara was horrible - dry and flaky. Eye liner pencils were a bit dry and hard to apply.

No idea about lip stuff as I don't wear it, but I've heard good things.

Brushes were an EXCELLENT buy - a little small but soft and very very inexpensive.

I bought makeup bags/train cases to give as gifts and was also happy with the quality there.

I didnt like the eye shaddows, to much talc for my liking... but the lip products were nice and tasted great. I agree about the tools and brushes... they are a GREAT deal!!!

I've tried their powder, concealer and lip glosses. I only like their lip products. As a previous poster said, the face makeup was very orange and dark on my skin too, and it seemed to not go on evenly. I do like their lip glosses, but I worry about the quality of their makeup. It seems cheap and it all is made in China - not something I really want to rely on - you know? I still use the lip glosses I bought from E.L.F. but I don't think I'll buy any more. :(

I bought quite a bit from them- and quite a few gift packs when I thought they had everything discounted-- instead of it being the normal everyday price.

Personally im not fond of their makeup. It would probably be okay for a teen.. or someone first starting out on makeup. The eyeliner I got out of the Beauty Book lastyear was FAR BETTER than the eyeliner i just recently got from them.

Personally I think the lip stuff stinks like plastic packaging.

However, I think the brushes are great. For $1 you really cant beat it.

Hope that helps!

It's similar to Wet and Wild or NYC brand - very cheap, $1 stuff. I bought quite a bit during a big sale and most of it was use once and toss. Course, I spent about 50 cents a thing on it so I was okay doing that.

They sell it Target and I sometimes find it at Big Lots and other cheap places.

Quality doesn't come close to comparing to BE.

I bought them after seeing it on Oprah's Favorite Things show, and I must say that I now and convinced that Oprah is paid off. Anyway, I bought a little bit of everything. I like their lip products. Their mascara is dry. Their tools are great. Their blush is extremely powdery and you loose a lot because of that, but it looks great on. Their eyeshadow is too powdery. I think that if I buy again, I will buy the lip items and the tools.
