E-Diets

Has anyone tried e-diet, if so, how was the plan and were you successful on it? I'm thinking about joining online, but am not sure how it works. Thanks.
 
Man, I can't believe that noone else is on e-diets.com.....I'm so alone. :guilty:
 
Sorry, I haven't used E-Diet so I dont' know much about how it works. Hopefully someone knows on this board? Good luck!
 

Sorry, I have not tried either. I know someone else posed this question and I don't think there was any response.

Mine is the same. I'm interested if anyone has any personal info too.
 
Hi Monte!!

I have done e-diets in the past, and am currently doing it again.

It is a very easy plan to follow; it only takes a small amount of time to customize your meal plan online; and it really works (at least, for me)!

I don't have to journal my food intake since I follow my preprinted meal plan. And you weigh in once a week (you can by-pass the weigh-in section), it tracks your progress for you and may make suggestions for changes to your meal plan based on your progress (or lack of).

I had such good results with this plan (and I didn't really excersise) that a number of friends at work have joined e-diets. Most of us do the e-diets plan, but some have tried things like the hypoglycemic (sp?) plan, slim fast, etc...

If you have any specific questions, I'd be happy to try and answer them.
 
I was thinking about joining e-diets as well, since it gives you a shopping list and also has suggestions for eating out and things like that.
 
I started e-diets a couple of days ago (have 20 lbs. to lose). The only tip I have is when you purchase it. I purchased it at 10 p.m. on Monday night and it gave me a meal plan for Monday for the next six days. Monday was already over. :confused3 So I didn't technically start until today as it was too late to go grocery shopping for Tuesday on Monday night. My favorite thing about it is that if you don't like the meals they gave you, you can change it to whatever you want from a really long list. And you get a lot of food! I did change a lot of my meals to some of the same things a few days in a row as I didn't want to buy a whole loaf of wheat bread and only use 5 slices out of it for the week. They also let you pick fast food options for your meals if you're a person on the go. And they give you dining out options. :bounce:
