I have done e-diets in the past, and am currently doing it again.
It is a very easy plan to follow; it only takes a small amount of time to customize your meal plan online; and it really works (at least, for me)!
I don't have to journal my food intake since I follow my preprinted meal plan. And you weigh in once a week (you can by-pass the weigh-in section), it tracks your progress for you and may make suggestions for changes to your meal plan based on your progress (or lack of).
I had such good results with this plan (and I didn't really excersise) that a number of friends at work have joined e-diets. Most of us do the e-diets plan, but some have tried things like the hypoglycemic (sp?) plan, slim fast, etc...
