(a)
Bystanders are exposed to the aerosol exhaled by ENDS users, which increases the background level of some toxicants, 1, 2 nicotine 3 as well as fine and ultrafine particles in the air.
1 Under near real-use conditions, e-cigarettes increased indoor air levels of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, 1,2-propanediol, 1,2,3-propanetriol, glycerine, and aluminium.
**Everything the WHO as listed as a toxin can be not only found in our food we eat, but in products we use to cook with and in products we put on our bodies that get absorbed through our skin. Why is everyone against the e-cigs and their "toxins", but no one cares that they probably just ate the same "toxins" in their lunch.
As far as the nicotine being addictive, so is coffee.
I have no problem regulating the e-cigs as far as what actually is going in them, or places banning them indoors, but I can't stand the ignorance that surrounds them.
