Hi there
I know that quite a few DISers use E-Bay so I hope you don't mind my asking a question.......
I recently sold a new airbrush compressor - from late DH's work equipment.
I'm not a trader.
The buyer has just contacted me to say it isn't powerful enough to power his airbrush
I don't think there's a fault with the machine and clearly stated the maximum PSI on the listing.
After searching several forums it would appear that low pressure is a problem but can be overcome somewhat by persevering and making a few adaptations.
I've replied to the buyer suggesting he reads the forums himself and tries a few of the tips.
There's an unused warranty card in the box-will this be still valid even though the compressor has been sitting in my attic for 3 years?
I've asked whether he might have a local supplier (the manufacturer is in the US) to speak to........
Can anyone advise what my responsibilities are to the buyer - I want to do the right thing but don't have a clue what this is
I've e-mailed E-Bay to ask their advice.
Thanks for your help
