DxDP and splitting extra charges on bill

We are traveling with a large party and all will have the deluxe dining plan. I understand that you get one alcoholic drink but let's say 3 out of the 11 people have 2 additional drinks. Those would be charged to the bill and we would have to pay but how does it work. Do you need to request separate checks for each couple? Even if you do not go over the allotment for the dining plan you will still need to include the tip. I am assuming that you will need to request separate checks for that purposes as well so that one person is not covering the tip for the whole group, right? TIA!!!

Yes that is exactly how I would handle it is to request separate checks. With a group that size they will automatically be adding gratuity to your bill so best to just separate from the start.

Typically the check will be broken out by room for credit use. Additional items/drinks will be added as well as auto gratuity due to party size.

To word above a little different... you need to let the server know who is with each group as the credits are separate for each room -- you should trying to sit in groups as well--otherwise all credits will come off of one persons plan as well.

You do NOT need to sit separately, You just need to tell the server who is on any given check. That check is the one that determines the credits removed, and the extras added.
