You have my sympathies Gilld.
Latest news with the Corsa - it's been taken to the local Vauxhall dealer becausa both AA man and auto-electrician says it a starter motor problem and so under warrantee.
Vauxhall dealer says that the man from Vauxhall says the fault started in the ignition switch so start motor not at fault!
I was trying to explain the AA and the auto-electrician had checked the ignition switch to the service department at the Vauxhall dealers, but the chap I was speaking to said he didn't understand because 'he wasn't very good on the technical stuff' - fills you full of confidence doesn't it!
So know it's a either argue the case with the Vauxhall dealer or just pay up and get it fixed.
