Dwarves again

Trying to update the guests on my October reservations and buy DLR tickets with a Disney gift card. Got the Dwarves on the DVC website and the DLR website says my gift card isn't working. Agh! Anyone else having issues with the Disney websites this afternoon?

I was on in the wee AM hours and it kept having a note that any password protected areas were temporarily closed. This morning was a note at the top of the page that it may be offline at some points today Tues July 11.
