DW little concerned....

not me.....family trip I booked family in standard view rooms, 4 of them, at the BWV and booked ourselves in a boardwalk view. Now the DW is concerned that our kids won;t get to see their cousins because their rooms will be to far away, which is fine with me. Are there standard and boardwalk view room in close proximity to each other?

On a side note drove into work this morning, its 5 degree outside........I need warmth!

I don't know how close the rooms are but I imagine they could be as close as right across the hall from each other.

But isn't that the point of separate rooms? Time away for the others? Spend all day together at the parks and then some alone time in your rooms?

Preferred could be across the hall or really far.

Standard is a different wing from boardwalk, so it depends on how far from the elevators. You may want to request near elevators.

You could be as close as 100' if you are on the same floor near the green and the rest are near the entrance portico. Set it up as a grand gathering and this will help keep them closer.

For our trip last summer we had one 2BR and two studios...all standard view. CM's did a great job getting us reasonably close to each other on the same floor.

The fact that you have a BW view room will make it tough for them to get the rooms close since BW view aren't close to standard view. Can you move your room to standard or pool view?

I absolutely agree. Heck, when my son goes with us (not too often) I book him at a different resort from ours just because we need to have time away from him.

Really? I mean, even if you were at the farthest Boardwalk View room near Jelly Rolls and they were at the farthest Standard View near the tennis courts, you're still in the same resort. Shouldn't be very hard to arrange times to meet up with the cousins.

Now if one group was at AKV and the other at VWL or SSR...well that would be a bit more challenging.

I wish I could have pulled that of with a few of them! Too funny...

We can't seem to shake our adult kids. My DH says it's because we keep feeding them.
