So I was originally planning a trip for the week after Thanksgiving because I'd really like to be there when it's decorated for Christmas. Unfortunately it looks like the friends I'm traveling with won't be able to make that anymore. I'm trying to see if I can plan a week in November now but I'm having a tough time deciding when to go (before the Thanksgiving madness). I know there's Jersey week, the Wine and Dine Half Marathon, Veteran's Day to think about. From some of the crowd calendars I can see it doesn't look horrible during those times, but has anyone been there? I'm wondering how busy it was and what wait times were like. I'm used to going for longer trips with usually 7 days in parks, but this time I think we'll probably only have 4 or 5 so it'll be a busy trip trying to get most things in!
They're also free the end of October so I'm wondering if crowds are better then at all and maybe I'll just have to plan for the Christmas decorations another year! Any tips you guys have would be great. Thanks!
