Ok, after much struggle, my family has finally moved back to Florida. Haven't lived back here for like 16 years! Well, hubby got a good job, we got a house, the kids are cool in school, and we are finally buying our Disney annual passes tomorrow! (Friday) Here's my question... (We are using the payment plan option. With a family of 5 we just can't pay that much out of pocket all at once so this is a great option to allow us to get annual passes.) If we purchase out passes through the plan tomorrow, will we be able to go to Disney Sunday? We won't get our Magic Bands that fast So I'm not sure. I know when we did this with Six Flags in Texas we were able to go same day we went online and made the purchase. IS there something that can be printed out and brought to the ticket booth? What about the free parking option that comes with the annual passes, will we be able to use that Sunday? Thanks in advance for any help or advice given! We've never had Disney annual passes before! Anything will be helpful! :tigger:

You can get a printable voucher that you can redeem at the ticket booth or guest services outside of the park. Disney also offers the option of having a voucher (it's a ticket-like card) mailed to you. Either way, you will need to stop at a ticket booth/guest services and bring picture ID for everyone over 18 in order to get your actual APs. This means that you will have to pay for parking when you arrive at the park. Get a receipt and take it to guest services so that you can be refunded.

Don't forget that you still need to show your AP when you're asking for your discount at stores and restaurants. Magic Bands aren't sufficient proof for those. And you will also need to show a photo ID at the same time as when you get your discount.

Thanks, Marionnette! This will be my youngest daughter's first visit! She is 7 and totally into the Princesses! I plan to get her a first visit pin! I also need to get a guest with disabilities pass for my son who uses a wheelchair. Do we get those all at the same place?

There's no GAC anymore. I suggest that you check the DISabilities board for information regarding the the DAS system that they now use. It's a very different method from the GAC.

You can get a "first visit" button for your daughter when you go to guest services to get reimbursed for parking.

Yes, as PP mentions the previous GAC program has been replaced by a new DAS program. If your son only needs the wheelchair, he will not be given a DAS. Information is available on the WDW - Disability Access Service thread pinned near the top of the disABILITIES Forum. The first post has the details; the rest was just discussion.

Enjoy your visits!
