DVD Pre-Orders through Catalog

Has anyone done the pre-orders of DVD's through the Disney Catalog? I usually do it at the store but I thought I read that the pins were not available with the Monsters Inc, and Beauty and the Beast preorders through the store.

I would like to know if the lithos arrive in good shape or is the mail hard on them? Does Disney pack them well?

I haven't done any pre-ordering, but I do have a question. Do you know when Monster's Inc. will be released? We loved this movie and I can't wait to own it.

Have pre ordered through catalog and lithos showed up in box big enough to support them and video without harming lithos. Monsters hits the streets 9/17.
