DVD Help

I have been trying to get a copy of the DCL DVD but I am getting conflicting reports as to if they ship them to the UK. I've left my details on the automated phone system a couple of times, but with no success, and I also spoke to a Reservation Agent, who was no help.

I checked the DCL web site today and it says that the offer is for US residents only???

So....I'm asking a big favour, would someone be kind enough to order an extra copy and send in on to me? I would be more than happy to reimburse for shipping to the UK etc.

I dont know if this will be of any help, but I too wanted a DVD sent to the UK but was unsure if they sent them. In the end I sent an email to the following address dcl.int@disney.com and a very kind agent sent me a reply saying he would forward one as soon as possible. It arrived yesterday just in time before we leave in 2 weeks time. Once I ordered it I was then concerned that I would not be able to play it as I dont have a mult regional DVD player but they must have both types as mine plays no problem. It is wonderful and full of great information.

I actually do have an extra (unopened) one to send you, if you'd like. It's a 2004-2005 version. Also, I ordered another one.

Just let me know if you decide that you want it or if you already tried to obtain one like Florida Sun suggested. I never gave it a thought that there may be different types for out of the US.

Ian , i had same problems, finally e mailed DCL and DVC who arranged one to be sent out, it's multiregional and fantastic, pm me and let me know where in the uk you are, i may be able to lend you mine while you wait for the others to come.

I guess the easiest thing would be to mail them, to save anyone else the bother, I'll do that today, and if I don't have any luck then I'll take someone up on the kind offers of help.

I got a mail back from them and they are sending out a DVD to me, thanks again for all the offers of help
