They should build the next DVC in California. Getting into a villa at VGC is next to impossible.

If they build at the moderates, I would hope it would be separate. It wouldn't be fair to buy in cheap and then use points at the existing DVC's. They already screwed up DVC by building SSR too big and people booking elsewhere.
