DVD Covers for trip

I'm putting together a DVD for the boys plane trip to Disney and was wondering if any of you talented ladies had any DVD covers that might be able to be personalized? Anything with any of the Fab five for McQueen? I need one for Ben and one for Logan, perhaps saying something like "Logan's Disney Trip Movies" - as you can see I'm not creative LOL! I've looked around the board but can't seem to find anything (but that doesn't mean much coming from me!)

Ideas?? I think the size would be 278mm x 190mm.

AWESOME!!! I've been playing around with this all night and they are all horrible LOL!

I love it! I hate to ask... could you do one with Ben's name. I'll take the same design if you can't do another (I can't imagine how long it takes) - like I said I've been at it all day
