DVCMember.com Problems?

Anyone else having problems getting into dvcmember.com this afternoon (Saturday, 2/9)? I was able to make a ressie this morning, but wanted to go back and check my points. Now when I try to login it takes me to a "Create Login" screen. I called DVC and they said they are having computer problems. Just wondering though if anyone can get in this afternoon?

It worked just fine for me this morning around 9:30 AM CST, and appears to be working now as well. Sorry you are having trouble.

Still can't get in. It is asking me to create a DVC account. This is very annoying. I made a ressie this morning and really would like to check my points to make sure they are okay. When I called DVC a while ago, of course I got someone who barely spoke English plus the person seemed annoyed I was bothering her. She said "yes I know we're having problems, try again later". I get so tired of Disney's mess.

I found out what my problem was. When I first got access to dvcmember.com, my login was my email address. I called MS and they said you couldn't use an email address as your login, so they gave me a new activation code and I had to create a new login ID.

Interesting! disneyworld.com requires you to use your e-mail as your username. And now DVC is making those that had used their e-mail to establish a new username.

My partners login stopped working yesterday and his was set to his email. Mine still works but is not my email.

Mine is my email and it's doing the same thing today. It's asking me to create a new log-in to link my accounts. Very frustrating. I guess I'll call DVC.

OP back. I think they must be implementing this check to see if you have an email login in stages. When I called MS to find out what was happening, the person had to check with someone to see "what group I was in". Not sure what that meant, but evidently I was in a group that reguired me to create a new login. This was on Saturday. It was fairly straightforward - they gave me my DVC ID plus an activation code, which got me in. The funny thing though was I was never presented an option to enter a new login ID. Evidently at some point way in the past, I had a non-email login ID already in place and it reverted back to that ID. I found out this ID by going to the change profile page. It took me a long time to figure out my password though. But I'm all okay now.

I had to use Chrome to get on. IE will not work anymore since the new site updates. MS said they are working to fix it. We'll see.

What version of IE? IE7, IE8, IE9? The member website will work with IE8 and IE9. Don't expect a fix for IE7 as Microsoft is about to end of life the product and many websites have dropped support for it.

And here's what's odd ... I've been going online to the member site for years, making reservations, banking points, etc., etc,, and all of a sudden this morning I receive an email from yet another "Guide" to establish my access with this "one time activation code". I don't get it. I'm not sure they do, either.
