I can log onto DVCMember.com but since the annual dues have been loaded I am unable to see any information at all relating to my membership. No contract details, annual dues etc., upcoming reservations, previous reservations and also unable to check availability for booking new vacations. I have two contracts - BCV and VGC.
I reported it to MS on the telephone 11/27 and chased it up today on live chat and was told it is 'a known issue to which they still do not have a resolution.
I'm just wondering if anyone else is affected by this problem in the hope that they might hurry up and fix it is lots of members are affected
