I am trying to find out if other members accessing dvcmember.com with a Macintosh are having problems with that site. I tried 4 different browsers and none of them worked. Is this a PC only website?

I have sent an e-mail to the website but I wanted to find out if folks here were experiencing problems.

Yes, people have reported problems accessing the site with a Mac. DVC is also aware of it.

I'm having no trouble using either Mozilla or Safari. OSX 10.3.5

Yes, we have a Mac (OSX) and are using Safari and can not access the site. There have been a few threads going on this problem lately. Dean (one of the posters) here was nice enough to mention downloading icab and accessing the site through that. Dean if you read this: My dh finally did it for me, as I am not too computer savy, and I can now get on the site.:D

Hopefully, the problem will be fixed soon, as this does seem to be a problem for some of us members who own Macs.

I have an IMac 9.1 and I don't have any trouble accessing the site, although I do have some trouble with live chats. I use microsoft internet explorer.

I've not bothered going to the site since they "upgraded" it, but I do recall having some issues. Clearing the cookies and the downloaded files worked if I remember correctly but eventually it got hosed again.

I find this extremely puzzling! I have the exact same configuration and am having no success at all.

I am able to get into the site but none of the links other than the main navigation items across the top of the screen are clickable.

Is this what other people are experiencing?

I find that I have the same problems with FireFox 1.0PR on a Windows machine. Going back to IE (Ugh) I have no problems at all. :(

Just tried it again. No trouble.

Yes, Wireboy, that is the exact type of problem I am experiencing. However, as I mentioned before, I can get on through icab.:D

Good Luck and hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Did you try Firefox on your Mac? That is what I use (with OS X) and I'm able to use the site just fine...

I am using a Mac and 10.3.5 and tried 7 different browsers. Only iCab will work but it looks funky. I also tried system 9.2 with IE 5.1 and had no success either. I am curious if those that are using Safari, etc, are able to get to all pages including the points pages currently?

As noted previously, the problems are of two types. One is that the header and footer show up but nothing in between. The other is that the in between info shows but none of the links work.

This is my problem. I have removed cookies, enabled all cookies, emptied cache, checked keychain, repaired pemissions, just can't get it to work. IE is showing same problem.

This is the same problem I have. I've tried IE, FireFox, Mozilla, and Netscape all on OS X 10.3.5. Based on info posted here, I am downloading iCab to see if that will work. I also haven't received any response from the site itself...

Thanks to all who responded! I'm glad it's not just me although it's a bummer that there are problems with the site...

iCab will work but doesn't present very well. I also tried Camino, Shiira and Opera, none of which worked and had either one or the other of the problems I noted above.

I've encountered both problems also. I used both my MAC and my PC laptop.

- nothing works on the MAC
- Firefox doesn't work on the PC
but Internet Explorer does.

Any projections on when they will get this fixed?
