Being that we never been to one...what exactly goes on at them besides the obvious? We'll be there 2/20-2/24(boo-hoo only 5 days)...any ideas L.I.?
We have a DD...kids allowed to go to these?

DH and I will be at OKW the weekend of 12/2 to celebrate our anniversary and then the whole family is going President's week. Looks like we'll be driving for that one though since by the time I got home from work the day the Southwest schedule came out all the flights were sold out
Looks like all of Long Island is heading to Disney!

hI H HOLBROOK HERE. WE ARE HEADING DOWN March 20th and going to OKW on the 26th and on the 27th going to see the Yankee game with the Braves at WWOS. Can' wait! Just made our Christmas ressies and have to call Mon morning for the last 2 days. We will be in a 2bdrm at OKW at Christmas with our kids and grandsons. But March is coming fast. While we are there in March looking to buy a house to move to Palm Coast so maybe we won't be flying at Christmas but DRIVING INSTEAD TO DW. Oh oh that means every weekend. LOL Marianne

Hi all,

Nesconset here in Suffolk,

Will be down on March 7 thru the 14th, Will be taking a 3 nght DCl cruise in the middle.

Will be moving down to Fl mid 06, Bought a house in lakeland, Fl in Jan 06 (Housing prices are going through the roof, just like here on the Island) and having another built.

Own at VWL and SSR. Last trip was at Thanksgiving 05 with a DCL cruise.

Can't wait for our next trip to the magic

Just came back on Jan 15 and flew out of Islip. Can't wait to go back.

I originally lived in holbrook and we now live in kings park. We will be at saratoga springs 2/10-2/17/06, and then port orleans riverside 2/17 - 2/20. Annual passes are great since we go several times a year. Staying at port orleans fri, sat , sun only $110 a night plus tax, so much better than using so many pts for the weekend. We decided to try garden grocer since they got so many good reviews. My husband ordered some things from 1-800 flowers to be delivered to the hotel as a valentine's day gift.

one of my many guides (dang, they change often ) said that LI has one of the highest concentrations of DVC owners ~ YEAH US!!

my "real life" takes place in deer park

next trip 8/27 thru 9/1 (just DH & self), then i'm staying a few more days with my parents & DB's family (all at BWV ~ my FAV!!)

Rocky Point here going for presidents week

Went in Oct 05 kids did the pirate cruise and 11 out of the 12 kids were islanders and 2 of the three cms were islanders seems like there is never a shortage of islanders at wdw
