DVC website ?

For the last 2 days I have tried to open up the point requirement section on the site.

My computer keeps opening up files of mumbo-jumbo! I think it is what is called a PDF file? Not really technical!

Anyways, I want to see the requirements for different resorts in the Concierge collection specifically but can't get in, am I doing something wrong?

Please let me know how I access this info. Thanks.

Mit, I am not 100% sure but I believe you need to have ADOBE Accrobat reader installed on you computer to read those files.

You will need the "Acrobat Reader" to be able to read pdf files. A link to the free download will pop up when you try to open the files. You can then read or print the information.

The same information is also in your DVC member's guide.

You also need a plug-in that is installed with Adobe Reader and sometimes it gets corrupt. I would guess you are using a version of windows, if so you can check your IE settings for handeling files under Tools/ Options from you Browser file menu (file-edit-tools up top in the window). Helpers should be set for pdf files to use Acrobat Reader. If you have Acrobat Reader already and it is not working, go to your control panel for add/remove programs and uninstall Acrobat Reader and then reinstall it.
