Very interesting to hear about other users's experiences. I am on the Members' Website 2 or 3 times per week and I cannot even remember the last time I had trouble getting on. I use a windows 10 laptop and the chrome browser.

Maybe the time you are on you don't notice it being 5 hours ahead, but Americans will, it's possibly when you are asleep.

Credit where its due though, the website itself is excellent, the booking is good, the RAT is excellent.

When you use the RAT on your IPAD are the months all messed up? Mine are, the heading above will say Jan yet the calendar below will show Dec., for example. Being the tech wizard that I am (not!) I've learned to adjust and I just search Jan to see Dec availability.

No the dates show just fine isn't that odd. I have an Ipad mini. I wonder if that makes any difference.

Same here. I can't even remember the last time I had trouble getting on the site. Now, completing a reservation using online booking? That's another story. Usually takes me 3 to 5 tries before it finally works.
