dvc website

it's 10:50 am SAT. can anyone get into the dvc site? I sign in but nothing happens even when I restart laptop.

The last couple of days I've had that happen. I refresh the page and then do the sign in again and have gotten it to work.

When you say it doesn't let you in, at what stage? For about a week now, DVCMember.com comes up just fine...and so does the sign-in page where my username & password go...but when I enter that info and click on next, nothing happens...A few days ago I called MS to make my reservation since the website wasn't letting me sign in and the MS folks couldn't get into the site from the sign-in page either...while we were both trying to figure it out, all of sudden it let me in...since then, the same thing has happened virtually every time I try to sign in...it's a timing thing here, tho...it can take up to 3-4 minutes (which seems like forever) for the sign-in info to load, but eventually it does...and once it does, the site works fine...

Except for one other issue: the resort availability tool pretty frequently takes me to "loading calendar" when I click to see what's open under "partial availability"...AND, sometimes it will bring up a calendar that shows nothing--not the grey for unavailable or the blue for open...just a blank calendar...

I agree: Disney and IT are not good friends!

Why fix it, it doesn't hurt Disney and we just keep paying them for a website that doesn't work. :-(

I hate that Disney has now out-sourced much of their IT stuff to a foreign country. Certainly not all of Disney IT, but quite a bit of it. Ugh.

FWIW, I've found that if the login box pops up - don't sign in. Refresh the page and click the login link to bring up the login box.

It still gets hanky navigating around. But when I've tried to login when the box pops up - nothing works.

I get the member name and password. Once entered nothing.
