I tried logging in to the website last week and I was asked to "Please re-enter the Disney Vacation Club ID that you received in the mail.
Please re-enter the Activation Code (PIN) that you received in the mail."

Well, that was 8 years ago that I got that so I of course don't have it anymore. When I called MS, they told me that something was wrong and that I needed to get a new login id and password.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? I supposed it's not too big a deal to change my ID and Pass for DVC, but my old ID and Pass still work for all the other Disney sites.
 
You are most likely logged in to another Disney website. If you log out of that or click the link on the page that that asked for your pin number that mentions that you might be logged into another website then you should get the correct log in screen.
 
i had to call member services, give them my info, and then they gave me an activation code. then once you have it and are in the system, you can log on with your id and password. it's worth it to get this, online is great.
 
I can't get in today. If I log in like I usually do, it tells me it can't find my account. When I did an account look-up, it gave an abbreviated username. When I use this, it asks for my DVC member # and activation #. Of course, I don't still have my activation number. I called and was told that someone would contact me via email to discuss a new password.
 

Delete your cookies, reboot your computer and try again.

That works for some people.

That happened to me a few weeks ago. I had to get a new username and password. Stinks you couldn't at least use the same password.
