Does anyone else find that the website, has some issue's? Almost each page I go to , I get security pop-ups.

Also I wish the point calculator was easier to use.... I would like that you place in the dates you want to travel and it would show you all the options... Meaing something like this..

SSR Studio 45 points
SSR 1br 75 points
BCV Studio 60 points
BCV 1bd 80 points

I find that I seach for how many rooms I can get for a certrain time frame, or I search for what is the best room avaiable.

Do you think we will ever be able to book online?

Agree would be nice but, if you have not already, check out Caskbill.com There is a free program to use that is much easier to use. Fun to play with and will even give you the 11 & 7 month dates needed to call.

I'll agree with Judy, check out Caskbill's program. Best part is it gives you the dates to call! You can print out your vacation plan, has the point required per night and the dates to call(even day by day).

Easiest way, click to the DVC forums. You'll see a list of mods on the right. Just click on Caskbill and go from there.

Do I have to uninstall the older versions, or will they install overtop of them? I have the Planner and Chart programs, not the Tracker.

I don't know. I haven't actually used any of the planning programs. I know it is a very popular program, but I just use a simple spreadsheet, as all my points are one resort and one use year.

Guess I do have the tracker, I'm sure its the older version.Well, I read I can't install on this 2nd. pc because my database is stored on my primary "home" pc. I think I have to copy and paste the database into this 2nd. pc. Ok, thanks for the link!

Why should we have to go to another website to get a more efficient point calculator?

In the planning stages I want to see how many points it will take at (for example) BCV in both a 1 BR and a studio. Why can't I just pick both of those accommodation types instead of having to go back and forth between a couple of screens. I'm not even asking for the moon here and looking to compare 2 resort points either. Just simple stuff. You'd think DVC could rework the point calculator to give us what these other websites give us.

This does exactly what you are asking for- plug-in the dates and then you can see the points cost for a stay at each resort/each room size.
