We are going to be on the Fantasy in November, and while on board our 11 month DVC booking window will open for a planned trip next year.

Under the old pay-as-you-go internet packages, the DVC website was free (i.e., didn’t count against your usage). Is the DVC website still free with the new internet packages?

You can access the DVC member website without needing to purchase a internet package. Most disney.go.com domains are accessible without paying for an internet package.
