Dvc Website Is A Joke?

Seriously. Is it my computer? I have been unable to get on for 4 days now! I do not have time to be on hold to pay my dues and wanted to do so online. Yea the message says page will load slow, but mine never loads at all. This is nutty!!

I have had trouble too!!! Tried for 3 evenings and 2 afternoons. I finally called accounting and was on hold for 20 minutes and got cut off....then waited until about 4:45 (they close at 5:00) and waited about 5 minutes.....paid with my credit card over the phone.

I love Disney so much and am the kind of person who goes with the flow when different issues arise, but the Disney web site SURE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to get on a few minutes ago. Of course, I got an error message when I tried to pay my dues.

Of course, we are definitely in trouble with the website now. I noticed that they have a disclaimer when you log in now asking for our patience with the problems.

Not sure why, but I have been able to get on, including today around 2 pm....not sure if it is just my luck or what. I had a couple of problems last weekend, but figured it was my computer, cause it was being a nuasance on several sites.

I guess after reading this I have just been fortunate.

I was able to pay the dues payment for one of my contracts yesterday, and the site does show that it's paid, but I haven't received the receipt in my e-mailbox yet.

I sent two questions to MS via the site, and haven't heard back, but that takes a few days.

Same here. Paid my dues without issues and I've been on several times this week without any difficulties at all.

That's not to say the site contains the functionality I'd like, but what little they have works easily for me.

LOL that sure would be a dream job wouldn't it? I still cannot get on. I would like to blame my computer. I have DSL which isn't all that great, so maybe it is that.

I don't usually have any trouble getting on, it's just that I can't do much with it once I get there!

I was finally able to pay my dues tonight (I think). I don't know if it was luck or is was because I started from a different entry.

I have 1 main contract with 2 add-ons. When I go to the dues page, the dues are listed twice: once a total amount and then once with each contract listed plus a total amount. In the past, I selected the pay dues option on the total amount for the 2nd entry. This time I used the first entry. It probably didn't matter but it did work this time.
