DVC Website Help

I've never tried to access the members website before - always just referred to my book. Now, I've lost my book and want to look up stuff. I still have my mailings with the PIN number and Vacation Club ID on them. But when I enter all the information - it doesn't work. I'm using a Mac and I remember reading posts awhile back that Mac users were having trouble - do you think that's my problem? Were you Mac users not even able to access the website from the beginning? Any help would be appreciated!

The Mac problem was once into the site, you could not access much. They have since fixed that problem. If your access code and pin do not work, you may need to call MS for help. I was on the site this evening and it was working fine (I use a Mac).

Thanks for the quick reply. Now, if I had my book, I'd have the number for member services and could call them - but if I had my book- I wouldn't need the website. Urg! I'll check my card - maybe the phone number is on the card! Anyway, thanks for the help!

I have not been able to access the DVC site for a few months now. It always tells me my password/name is incorrect (it's not). I have a PC.
